The palace worth $ 2 Billion, is home to the Queen of England, Queen Elizabeth. The palace was constructed on the wish of the Duke of Buckingham in 1703. Until the accession of Queen Victoria to the throne, the palace was Queen Charlotte's private residence, when it became the official residence of the monarch.

It is a five-story building with about 775 rooms, which includes 188 staff rooms, 92 offices, 52 bedrooms, 78 bathrooms, and 19 staterooms (including state dining rooms), a music room, and a throne room. In the 1850s a ballroom was also added to the palace.

It doesn’t end here, the palace also has a swimming pool, a fully equipped surgery room about 40 acres of gardens.

By many Antilia is regarded as the most expensive home in the world, as Buckingham Palace is a crown property and not privately owned.

Antilia, owned by Mukesh Ambani, is worth $1 Billion is located in Mumbai, India. The building isn’t spread horizontally, but vertically with 27 floors. Located on the Cumbulla Hills, it looms over Mumbai.

Antilia has 1,500 rooms, including 250 and more bathrooms and 9 high-speed elevators. The project was custom made, meaning that no two floors are laid the same way. Perkins and Wills, architects based in Chicago, designed the building for the richest man in India. Not only is the entire building earthquake-proof, but every single floor has extra high ceilings, equal to two-story buildings.

Mr. Mukesh Ambani showcases his private collection of cars, on the 6 parking floors of the building that has enough space for 168 vehicles. Antilia also has 3 helipads, gardens on different floors of the property, guest suites, a ballroom.

The building also has two floors dedicated to health and fitness, furthermore, there is an indoor swimming pool, a home theatre which at a time can seat up to 50 people.

The entire building takes about 600 staff members to maintain, and it took 4 years to complete. The Ambani family resides on the top floors of the building, from where you can get a panoramic view of the stunning Arabian Sea.
